Before you book
What happens if the weather is bad?+
Light rain is no problem—we provide free raincoats. If severe weather makes the tour unsafe, we will help you reschedule or arrange a refund.
Is there an age requirement?+
Tours are recommended for riders aged 15 and above. Riders aged 12–14 may be accepted with a parent when they are at least 150 cm tall, weigh at least 50 kg and have suitable riding skills. Please contact us before booking.
Can I book more bikes than the website shows?+
Often, yes. Online availability does not always reflect every vehicle. Email info@scroosertour.com and we will check the full fleet for you.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
Do you offer private tours?+
Regular departures are shared small-group tours. Contact us if you have a private group or special requirement and we will tell you what is possible.
Riding & safety
Are the bikes and Scroosers easy to ride?+
Yes. Their wide tires and low centre of gravity make them stable, and most guests learn in 5–10 minutes. Bicycle experience is recommended. Every tour starts with a briefing and test ride.
What is the maximum rider weight?+
The maximum permitted rider weight is 130 kg.
What should I bring?+
Bring a valid photo ID or passport and arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start. Comfortable clothing and closed shoes are recommended.
Can I rent a bike without a guide?+
No. Our premium vehicles are currently available as guided experiences only.
Can our group mix different vehicles?+
Yes. Friends and families can usually combine E-Bikes, Scroosers and Chopper E-Bikes on the same route, subject to availability.
Choosing your tour
Which tour is best for a first visit?+
Choose the 120-minute Grand City Tour for the broadest introduction to Prague, including major highlights around the Castle, riverside and Old Town.
Which tour is quieter and more scenic?+
Choose the 90-minute Viewpoints & Castle route for parks, panoramas, castle grounds and a more relaxed photographic ride.
Should I choose an E-Bike or Scrooser?+
Choose an E-Bike if you enjoy a familiar seated bicycle feel and light activity. Choose a Scrooser for a stable, effortless throttle ride with no pedalling.
Where does the tour start?+
All tours meet at Saská 7 in Malá Strana, just a few metres from Charles Bridge on the Prague Castle side of the river.
Can I store luggage at the office?+
Yes. You can leave luggage securely at our office while you are on the tour.
